All orders are are sent through the Aramex standard service:
The Authority to Leave delivery is our standard service. As part of this service, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if available. If unable to leave in a safe place, the parcel will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent or back to the local depot. The receiver will be notified where to collect their item by calling card.
If you would like a signiture required delivery please state this in the delivery instructions found on the check out page.

We offer free shipping on all New Zealand delivered orders totalling NZ$100 or more.
For orders NZ$99.99 and under please refer to the table below for shipping pricing:

We are now able to offer NZ post as a delivery service however extra charges do apply ($2 Auckland, $3.50 North Island, $6.50 south Island) if you would prefer to use NZ Post as your delivery option please click here and add the appropriate option to your cart, (if your order qulifies for free shipping the extra cost still applies)
Please note that we are unable to ship to a PO Box though our standard delivery but can with NZ Post. Please add the extra NZ Post charges by clicking the link above or supply a physical address for courier delivery.
We know you just can’t wait for your beautiful new Burrow and Be products to arrive, so we do our best to dispatch orders daily. Items are usually sent by Aramex and will take [2-3] working days to get to you (within New Zealand).

Rest of the World
All items are sent by NZ Post (untracked) Any import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver
Delivery charge to the Rest of the World is $45 Flat rate

If you are gifting something special to someone special, we are happy to send your purchase directly to the gift recipient. We can gift wrap your purchase free of charge and add a gift tag which we will happily write a message in for you. Leave a message with the details in the special instructions box at checkout.
